1. Introduction
This Privacy Agreement is intended to explain to users how we collect, use and protect user personal information. In order to protect user privacy, we promise to collect, use and protect user personal information in strict accordance with the provisions of this agreement.

5. Applicable Law and Dispute Resolution
The interpretation, modification, execution and dispute resolution of this Privacy Agreement shall be subject to Chinese law. If a dispute arises between the user and NEWMEN, the two parties shall resolve it in a friendly negotiation. If the negotiation fails, the user may submit the dispute to the Third People's Court of Dongguan City,Guangdong Province, where the agreement was signed.
6. Agreement Update and Notification
In order to provide better services and protect user privacy, the content of this privacy agreement may be updated at any time. The updated agreement will be notified on the NEWMEN APP. Users can check the latest version of the privacy agreement before using NEWMEN.
